I'm not sure what you mean by "entered code in html".  In order to run FoxWeb scripts, you must first install FoxWeb on your server.  Please read the documentation, starting with the Setup and First Steps topic in the Getting Started section.  It contains detailed instructions on how to get started with FoxWeb.

FoxWeb enables the creation of web-based programs, using the familiar VFP language.  These programs are actually hosted by the native VFP engine, so they are 100% compatible with VFP tables and support the full language set.  Having said this, given the nature of web-based applications, you can’t simply take a VFP application and have it run over the web.  The user interface will need to be re-written so that it utilizes HTML and other related standards.  You will be able to re-use your business rules, but not your forms or other user-interface elements.  As far as reports are concerned, you have a few options:

  • Re-write the code, so that it scans your data and composes HTML, which is sent to the user.
  • Keep your existing reports, but process their output with FoxWeb’s fwPDF object, which creates PDF files that look identical to the printed version.  These PDF files can be viewed directly in the user’s browser, or saved on their desktop for later viewing with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
